The Big Bash Team of the Tournament has been revealed, with four players receiving perfect votes from the competition's coaches.

Each coach submitted an XI following the end of the regular season of BBL|11, with the 11 best-polling players landing a spot in the 13-man side, with two players named as 'x-factor' players.

Leading run-scorer Ben McDermott, Golden Arm Peter Siddle, Sixers gloveman Josh Philippe and Thunder all-rounder Daniel Sams were the only players to receive unanimous inclusions from all eight coaches.

Scorchers star Mitch Marsh managed seven votes despite playing just the six regular-season games, while Strikers import Rashid Khan also fell one vote shy of perfect honours.

Matt Short added to the Strikers' wealthy list of representatives following a stellar campaign with bat and ball, joining teammates Siddle and Khan among the XI.

The Sydney Sixers also had three players named, with Moises Henriques joining Kerr and Philippe in the side.

Melbourne Stars international Joe Clarke has been named at No.3, while his captain Glenn Maxwell failed to make the cut despite a pair of centuries - including his stellar knock of 154* against the Hurricanes last week.

Sixers bowler Sean Abbott and emerging Thunder batsman Jason Sangha were named as the 'x-factor' players.
