As expected, Pat Cummins and Glenn Maxwell will play in the third Test in Ranchi.
The duo have been selected in the XI to replace Mitch Starc and Mitch Marsh, who have returned home due to injury.
India has made one change, with Murali Vijay coming back into the side, after he missed the second Test due to injury, with Abhinav Mukund dropped.
