Both camps will remain in the capital for the opening T20 international fixture before returning to the SCG for the remaining two 20-over matches.

The four match test series will begin in Adelaide come mid December with a day-night fixture before tests in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

India will play two tour matches against the Australia A side prior to the Adelaide test, with the first of the two matches at Drummoyne Oval, Drummoyne and the second a day-night test at the SCG.

Melbourne fans were treated to the news that the Victorian Government will aim to hold 25,000 attendees at the MCG for Boxing Day.

The MCG also confirmed its place in hosting the Boxing Day Test until 2022, where Australia will welcome England (2021) and South Africa (2022).
