Dumped Victorian opener Aaron Finch has put in a brilliant performance against New Zealand for a Cricket Australia XI in the Black Caps' tour match at Blacktown.
Finch has scored an impressive century off 168 balls, in an innings that has included 10 fours and a six, as the CA XI reached 0-217 at tea.
Ryan Carter also notched a century off 177 balls.
Carters is 104 not out and Finch 110 not out.
CA XI won the toss and elected to bat, completely dominating the Kiwi's highly rated attack.
Matt Henry has figures of 0-60 from 16 overs at tea, Doug Bracewell 0-25 from 12 overs and Mark Craig 0-87 from 17 overs.
