Australia names squads for upcoming tour of India

Australia have named their squads for the upcoming ODI and T20 series' against India in September and October.

While the official dates and venues are yet to be determined, Indian reports are suggesting the five-match ODI series will be played in Chennai, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Indore and Kolkata, while the three-match T20 series will feature in Hyderbad, Ranchi and Guwahati.

Australia T20 squad: Steve Smith (C), David Warner (VC), Jason Behrendorff, Dan Christian, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Patrick Cummins, Aaron Finch, Travis Head, Moises Henriques, Glenn Maxwell, Tim Paine, Kane Richardson, Adam Zampa

India are yet to name their squads for their matches with Australia, but they do have a series with Sri Lanka which begins on Sunday.

The Indians have rested some of their senior members, with both Ravi Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja being rested.

They will face Sri Lanka in five ODIs and just one T20 match over the next three weeks, after winning 3-0 in their recent three-Test series.
