Australia has named its squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy in the UK in June.

Usman Khawaja, Peter Handscomb and Geroge Bailey are the noticeable absentees, while Victorians James Pattinson and John Hastings have both been named.

James Faulkner has also been left out of the squad.

Despite both currently being injured, Mitchell Starc (foot) and Chris Lynn (shoulder) have been included in the squad.

"Our medical staff will continue to monitor Mitchell and Chris’ recovery from their respective injuries but we are hopeful they will be fit in time for the team’s departure on May 18," Hohns said.
