Following the dismissal of Stephen Cook with the fourth ball of the day on the first day of the opening Test, Mitchell Starc made it seven innings in a row in which he's taken a wicket during his first spell.

Cook was caught spectacularly by Mitchell Marsh in the gully to help Starc continue on this unbelievable streak which saw him take wickets inside the opening three overs of his first spell in each of his six innings against Sri Lanka in August this year.

The 26-year-old got a wicket with his 13th and eighth deliveries in the opening Test against Sri Lanka, his first and eighth in the second Test, and in the third Test took wickets with his 16th and fourth balls of his opening spell.
