Rahkeem Cornwall has unleashed during an American T20 competition, scoring an incredible 205 not out from just 77 balls.

While the competition won't be included in any official records given it's status, Cornwall belted 22 sixes and 17 fours during the innings on his way to a strike rate which finished at 266.23.

The most respectable of the bowling figures saw an economy rate of 11.25, while the worst was from a bowler who opened the bowling, but didn't return, conceding 25 runs in his solitary over.

The other bowling figures read 45 from 4 overs, 55 from 3 overs, 37 from 2 overs, 39 from 2 overs, 16 from 1 over and 56 from 3 overs.

Cornwall's teammates - of which only two batted in the innings which finished at 1 for 326, saw both players pass 50, also at high strike rates.

The competition, known as the Atlanta Open, is being played over the course of three days between 16 teams split across four groups with $75,000 prizemoney available to the winning team.

Cornwall's team, the Atlanta Fire, will play again in the coming two days.

The tournament features the likes of Scotland's Kyle Coetzer, Bermuda's Kamau Leverock and Delray Rawlins, Canada's Ravinderpal Singh and Saad bin Zafar, and the United Arab Emirates' Rohan Mustafa.

Cornwall has quickly built up a cult following in the short, playing 9 Test matches for the West Indies on the back of his spin bowling and powerful hitting, while his 66 domestic T20 games have brought 1146 runs at a strike rate of almost 150 to go with 31 wickets at a tick under 28.

Cornwall was left out of the West Indies' squad for the T20 World Cup, to be held in Australia later this month.
